Crystal Billing Services will maintain the highest ethical standards in the industry for professional medical billing. Our policies are designed to either meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). In accordance with the suggestions of the OIG Third Party Medical Billing Compliance Program, we have established a comprehensive internal compliance program that employees readily understand.
We represent our clients’ highest ethics
It is our belief that providing honest, transparent services is the best way to represent our clients and their interests. As such, we do not participate in: unbundling/upcoding, improper use of modifiers, alteration of documentation, submitting claims for undocumented services, or billing for services provided by unqualified personnel.

In an effort to best serve our clients we follow the laws to the letter regarding, accurate claims coding and submissions, accurate business records and retention and courtesy discounts and waiver of copayments.
