Terri Mays, is the owner of Crystal Billing Services, Inc. She brings over 20 years of experience in the health care industry to the clients of CBS. Terri worked in billing and coding and as a medical assistant for Cigna. Upon graduating cum laude with dual certificates from Phoenix College in Hospital and Medical billing and coding, she started Crystal Billing Services, Inc. She is an accredited coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders. She believes strongly in providing patients and providers with a claims process that is simultaneously ethical and effective. She works tirelessly toward the elimination of incorrect information in relationship to dental sleep medicine practices and their medical claims, with the realization that in doing so, she protects both practices and patients.
Terri has 2 wonderful children who also work for Crystal Billing Services and a beautiful grandson with whom she and her husband Joe, are deeply infatuated!
Kaili Pfantz, is the Claims Manager and a Billing Specialist at Crystal Billing Services, Inc. After graduating from the University of Arizona she spent 4 years with Honeywell Aerospace American Distribution. Kaili joined CBS in 2014, working on claims status checks and phone calls learning the intricate details and processes of billing medical insurance for dentists. This initial, hands-on, complete immersion in the claims process led Kaili to the expertise necessary to create training materials vital to her team at CBS and their work communicating with insurance companies.
After working thousands of claims and seeing every possible denial and problem insurance companies can create, Kaili and team take pride in being prepared for the challenges presented by the fluid world of insurance. Kaili and her husband have a beautiful baby boy with whom they enjoy road trips, trying new restaurants, Disneyland and family game nights.
Kyle Mays is the Benefits Manager and a Billing Specialist at Crystal Billing Services, Inc. As a veteran of obtaining benefits for thousands of patients, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the idiosyncrasies of each individual insurance company. This allows him and the rest of the team at CBS to spot issues that may arise with claims long before they reach the problem stage. It’s crucial to begin with an accurate benefit quote, allowing CBS to follow through on our commitment of processing all claims to completion and to our client’s utmost satisfaction.
Kyle is a lifelong resident of Arizona and attended the University of Arizona. He is recently married to his fiancée of 6 years and has been with CBS for 5 years.
